We just ask that the customer initiate the return by emailing us at info@crazynutty.com with the order details within 5 business days upon when they receive the item(s).
From there a Crazy Nutty's team member will start the refund process. They may or may not be required to send the item(s) back.
If they are required to send the item(s) back, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. The items must be received within 10 business days; upon receiving the item(s) Crazy Nutty's team member will complete the return method by refunding the credit card or PayPal account used to purchase within 5 business days.
